Pre-order your piece and we’ll deliver it during your stay at Octopus Oasis. If you’d like it shipped instead, we’ll confirm options and costs with you first and sort out shipping to your home.

Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe and to the UK.
How long does shipping take?
We usually pack your order within 1–2 business days. Once it leaves Lagos, it typically arrives within 3–5 days for Portugal and 7–10 days for the rest of Europe, and it takes a bit longer to arrive in the UK depending on customs processing, which is usually out of our hands but easy to track.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
For orders under £135, you typically won’t face additional UK import duties. However, please note that local VAT or small handling fees may occasionally be applied by Royal Mail. We keep our customs declarations clear and honest to help things move smoothly.
Is it gift-ready?
Yes! We wrap every item in recycled tissue paper as if it were a gift to ourselves. If you’re sending it directly to someone, just leave a note at checkout—we’re happy to include a handwritten message for you.
How do you package fragile items?
Very carefully. We use biodegradable or recycled materials to make sure your mosaics or art prints arrive safely without adding unnecessary plastic to the ocean.
What if I change my mind?
We want you to love what you bought. If something isn’t quite right, just email us within 14 days and we’ll help you with a return or exchange. No stress, no fuss.
